What is Crown Hotel's cancellation policy?

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. What are the check-in options at Crown Hotel?

Crown Hotel offers a self-check-in service using Goki, smart devices integrated with our

reservation system. Guests can choose to unlock their room door using the Goki App (or

Web-based App) or a passkey provided at check-in.

We recommend that you pre-check in using the email sent through Goki to complete the

pre-check-in form. The room door code will be sent to you upon check-in, allowing you to go

straight to your room and avoid the check-in queue.

Early Check-in?

Our standard check-in time begins at 3pm to allow our housekeeping team ample time to

thoroughly clean and prepare your room after the previous guests. If you arrive early, we

are happy to hold your luggage for you and provide access to our facilities until your room is

ready. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Late Check-out?

Our check-out time is at 10am. Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out as our

housekeeping team requires ample time to prepare rooms for incoming guests. However,

you are welcome to store your luggage with us after check-out. Thank you for your

understanding.

Can I request a cot bed for an infant?

Children of all ages are welcome at our hotel, and we are happy to provide a cot bed for

infants upon request. Please note that the availability of cot beds may vary. Feel free to

contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. We look forward to

At Crown Hotel, we have a deep affection for pets and understand how important they
